It is hosted by our Education Specialists so you can get help on any project you would like or just hang out and “sew with the girls”. Plus they are a BLAST! Finishing up projects is only one plus for attending the Sew-Ins. I love seeing everyone’s projects. All the different versions of class projects and non-class projects. It’s very inspiring. Then there is meeting new people. Quilter’s are really fun and interesting people!
Totally agree - sew-ins are the best! I love getting together with other quilters, seeing all the projects, and working on whatever strikes me. Great to hear other quilters stories about their projects and ideas. We quilters come from all different places, backgrounds and experiences, but we have in common a creative imaginative personality that has found its outlet in fabric and embellishments. We take something beautiful, cut it up, sew it back together, somethimes cut it up again and resew it back together, and make into something even more beautiful and truly ours.
