Quilting 101 NEW SESSION

A comprehensive introduction to quilting. Meets for 6 weeks and covers all aspects of making a quilt, including proper cutting techniques, various block patterns, accurate piecing, machine quilting, and binding. Class meets for six sessions.

Beginning Hand Quilting

Winter is the perfect time to learn the basics of hand quilting! Tips and tricks will be shared for basting, design work, selecting the correct tools, and of course… the perfect stitch. After class, snuggle up under your quilt sandwich and finish your projects with beautiful hand quilting stitches.

Grandmother’s Flower Garden

Make a modern version of a traditional English Flower Garden Quilt using contemporary fabrics for a quilt you can’t resist! Discover the benefits of the portable English paper piecing technique that is perfect for traveling or nights curled up in front of the fire. String piecing along with other shortcuts will be taught to make this project fast and enjoyable for all. Assorted block kits will be available for purchase each month. Class meets one time, but will be taught multiple times throughout the year.
