Summer School

School is in session at going batty! Rotate between classes while learning about the latest and greatest tools and techniques for quilting, sewing, applique, embroidery, and more in a unique combination of lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on experiences. When the lunch bell rings, enjoy a gourmet brown bag meal. You will go home with a lot of creative ideas to make your sewing easier and more fun. Don’t forget your school supplies! (paper and pen) You will definitely want to take notes. Space is limited to 30 students and will fill quickly so register today!

Christmas in July Event

Santa will be delivering a HUGE package of Christmas fabrics and items to the Shop this summer for the good little stitchers in our town! The first people in the store will have the honors of unwrapping his gift to us all! Be the first to see what is new for the Christmas season this year.

Trick or Retreat “Slumber Party”

Join us for a fun-filled time sewing, eating, laughing, and learning at our private retreat house! Carie and “Martha” will be there just for you and seven other guests. The Artist in You

Designer, Sue Olsen, is coming back to Reno to teach at gong batty! She will be teaching a lucky group of students her wonderful applique techniques. Choose between making one of Sue’s patterns or let Sue show you how to design your own pattern from a photograph! Either way it is sure to be a great couple of days! Don’t miss this opportunity to learn from a pro! Class meets both days.
